What is the smallest atx case that can fit one of them 50 series beefy card ?

Why is it when i undervolt and overclock my gpu, my games work fine but once i start up apps like insight capture to record gameplay, it just crashes my game often? I use 5090, undervolt setting clock 2827mhz .895mv for my gpu, ,maybe someone can give advice of what value I change to ?

I see youtubers having this high end gpu but still OC their card it just to get 5 more fps-ish in games while increasing risk of melt and power draw. What are your opinions of OC 5090?
