I am currently on pre-trial intervention in Texas for a DWI. I made the mistake of drinking one night and I woke up in the morning. I blew into my smart start at 12 PM I received a warning five minutes later I received another warning and didn’t try to blow again. I blew later and I gotta pass. I am seven months into my diversion program. Finished all classes finished community service and my outpatient program. I was just wondering what the chances of me getting a violation and getting kicked out of the program are I am currently a college student and if I have the DWI on my record, it could cause problems in my future career. I know it was a dumb mistake, but I found out that my girlfriend was cheating the day I decided to drink
