Recieved two contracts for the same job posting.

So i gave an interview with zara for a data video annotator, went decent, got an email that i am getting a contract soon, it did say i’ll be paid per hour of the work i do. Simple enough right?

Well after verifying my identity, joining slack and doing the quiz they (which btw required an expert email from micro1, which i never received; and in the end they had to manually give access to our personal mails),

I received another contract, but for the same position? I was confused, but i chose to ignore it, thinking it was just an automation error.

Well turns out, AFTER my contract was signed, the contract is now deemed an incorrect contract, and the new payment terms, i won’t disclose, they are much much worse. Almost unfair.

The payment rate remained the same per hour, but the amount of time needed to get that hour of work done is heinous.

Has this happened to others before to? What should i do?

Did any of you get any work? I over qualify for a lot of positions mentioned and its been over 2 months of me signing up at the platform, i’ve done the basic interviews and assessments required, domain expert and code review etc, both easy.

But i was rejected for like 15-16 positions related to my field? And only 10 remain now out of which, 2 are generalist expert and the rest are evaluator jobs.

For the generalist ones its been over a month since i got any update.

So yeah, for the indians, did anyone of you actually make any money? If yes, how long did it take for you to actually get it after signing up and what would be your advice to fairly new peeps!
