Tribunal win awarded til 2029, Change of Circumstances.

Hi, I reached out for help here back in October. I won my Tribunal, the DWP Rep immediately offered to reinstate my claim as they personally disagreed with the reason for closing my claim (I had moved in with my partner and they had taken over care duties instead of my mother).

In the past 6-9 months, my health has been worsening, I was diagnosed with IIH, I spent some time in hospital due to this.

I had lost access to my ADHD meds when I moved down south, I had an ableist GP who refused to accept my ADHD diagnosis as she believed I would need to get re-diagnosed in the county I'd moved to.

I had to get a letter from my old clinic and the surgery fast tracked my Right To Choose and deeply apologised for the acts of a now fired GP.

But through this; I got a more up-to-date assessment of how my ADHD affects me and a diagnosed of combined ADHD.

Medication and Therapy pending but all documented.

I'm taking more meds as I'm now suffering from nocturnal panic attacks and multiple panic attacks a day.

I declared all this as a change of circumstances because I am quite frankly, barely functioning with all this.

But I'm now terrified, the Tribunal gave me back my standard rate and extended my claim til 2029 and I've included a copy of the winning transcript but I'm second guessing myself because I'm not in the mental or financial decision to deal with the possibility of my claim being closed again.

My panic attacks are now defying my meds ever since I sent the paperwork off.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I've never been to this subreddit before so do forgive me for any mistakes or unwritten rules I'm unaware of. I'm looking for advice, I feel like I'm going in circles here and I can't find any guidance.

I applied for a part time role at one of my local branches in the UK 3 weeks ago. Went through the process, got an email saying they wanted to invite me to interview but the schedule was full.

I've never applied at Mcdonalds before so forgive my lack of knowledge on the process. So, I rang up, expressed my eagerness, they said they'd pass my name onto the hiring manager.

Waited 2-3 weeks, didn't get any return calls, rang again, the Hiring Manager answered and said she hadn't been given any names but she'd ring me back that day.

No call that day, waited 3 days, rang again, different employee, said she'd pass my name and number onto the Hiring Manager.

I'm just wondering what the experience is meant to be? I'm obviously quite eager for any opportunity at an interview but I'm starting to feel like I'm being talked in a circle or that I'm just too ignorant of this process and maybe trying too hard?

Any advice would be helpful, thanks.
