AITAH for letting a girl stay for a bit at my place to wait for her boyfriend?
Me and my GF (let's call her Bea), we have been dating for almost 6 years now, she is also my first Girlfriend, and we're in a long-distance relationship (LDR). I'm living in my condo unit right now near my university to finish up my degree, while she lives in our hometown 133km/ 83 miles away. I'm sorry if my english is bad, it's not my native language, so bare with me. My girlfriend and I recently had a fight because a girl who is my friend (let's call her Anne) from uni went to my place to hang and wait for her boyfriend to pick her up. I'm at my place with another friend who's a dude (let's call him Ben), who came by first to hangout and do our thesis together. We did our thesis papers and presentations, and then we decided to play a video game (Mario Party) after finishing a few things. In the middle of playing, Ben asks if our friend Anne and another guy (another friend who just wants to hang since he knows that Ben is at my place), he asks if they can come by and hang to wait for her partner to come and pick her up. I said sure, and we continued to play the game until she arrived.
Mind you that Bea, my girlfriend has a rule that since we are LDR I should update her the things that i'm doing or where I am per hour, or if i should just do something or go somewhere i should update her via chat, sometimes she wants picture proof so that she knows I'm not cheating or anything. Plus, I'm a clumsy and forgetful type of dude, so i tend to forget stuff,and i make mistakes a lot. At this point, since I woke up, I've been updating Bea everything I've done the whole day, including Ben coming by.
So Anne and the other dude came, Anne also asked if it's okay to hang out until his boyfriend picks her up to drive her home, I said sure, and Ben and I continued playing our game, then Anne and the other dude decided to join in while Anne vented about about her class earlier. 20 to 30 mins in, Anne's boyfriend is almost nearby, and the guys decided to wrap up as well, so we ended the game, I left my phone in my place and accompanied my friends. 5 to 15 mins in front the condo, we wait for Anne's boyfriend to pick her up. Then Bea texts Ben if i'm still with him, and if possible to tell me that i should reply to her ASAP because I'm not picking up my phone. As soon as I heard that, I immediately asked If I could leave them and go back to my unit to get my phone.
I went back, and I saw on my phone 3 missed calls each per app (facebook, ig, wechat, and on my number). I was terrified for my life and tried calling her but she only replied by texts, so we argued by text, calling me inconsiderate, stupid, making her stupid, growing up backwards, not thinking of her, not telling her that a girl is comming by (which i get), not understanding how an LDR works, etc.
I apologized, told her the whole story, told her that I was inconsiderate, and that it was my fault for getting distracted. She doesn't stop, she keeps saying why would I not tell her if a girl comes over, she says that I am cheating, why would I not tell her, and such. She even answered one of my calls and immediately apologized and told her what I texted, but she dropped the call and she proceeded to text back the same thing. I feel bad and bit frustrated, Is it really a big deal? I know I did wrong for not telling her, but is it really enough for her to call me stupid? I honestly don't know anymore. Help? What should I do?
