I really want Caine to be revived in the final episode, mainly because Caine just wanted to make them happy. His story feels.....incomplete.....However, if they don't bring him back, then I need there to be a moment for the characters, or at least Pomni, where they realize that Caine wasn't a bad person, and realize just how sad his situation was. The reason why I'm leaning more towards Pomni being the one to come to this realization is because of 2 moments from the beginning of the series. In episode 2, where Pomni is talking to Gummigoo and says, "I guess, I just don't want you to feel like your nothing. I don't want anybody to feel like that." And in episode 3 where Kinger says to Pomni, "And cherish the people around you. You never know when they'll be gone. In this world, the worst thing you can do is make someone think they're not wanted or loved." I think there needs to be a moment where Pomni remembers these words and realizes that all of the humans have inadvertently done that to Caine. That maybe, the reason why he went crazy, was because he felt not wanted....not loved....just hated....And the worst part is, none of them had even thought of how Caine felt, most of them didn't even care. Heck, Pomni assumed that Caine was trying to torture them on purpose in the third episode, so she definitely didn't care all that much about him. Of course, that wasn't their fault. Everyone in the circus had their own stuff to worry about and were too focused on trying to find a way to escape. I just think that if this is the last time we see Caine, then I don't want his death to be brushed over like it's nothing. I want there to be something lasting that will make Caine's death feel more satisfying for the story. Especially for those like me who enjoyed Caine and hoped he and the humans could eventually learn to understand each other by the end. I genuinely hope that Caine isn't dead, but if he is, then at least have someone ask themselves, "Was there something we could've done to stop this?
