I purchased a Lectric XPeak High-Step 2.0 about 14 months ago. The battery (48V 15Ah / 720Wh) only charges to about halfway, but when inserted into the bike it reports as fully charged and then dies quickly under use.
The battery was lightly used and stored indoors off the bike during winter in Western NY. This appears to be a battery or BMS fault rather than normal wear.
Anyone with same problems? Any advise?
