I have a GDPR clause in my employment contract and handbook that mentions CCTV recording and images but not audio, I suspect we’re being excessively listened to from her phone as they’re like a high tech baby monitor scattered around the workplace. I’m gonna submit a Subject Access Request, if it comes back with audio what can I do? I’m already working a notice period so I don’t care about making things awkward
