Opinion on going off grid the first month of break up?

What do you guys think about going off grid, completely unreachable and no news after a break up? What do you guys think the dumper would feel when dumpee goes back on social media after a month showing growth and better life like nothing happened?

Honestly, to me, I deactivated all my socials for two reasons. First, I want to give him some space because seeing me online would bother him (I care about him and we broke up on good terms) and I don’t want him to block me. Second, I want to be missed. Sounds pathetic but I want my absence to mean something but I’m not sure if it will actually mean anything.

What are your opinions on going off grid?

I’m suffering from a really really bad break up where I’m not sure if I can ever get back up again. I’m desperate for prayers. I need a miracle, that all this pain will go away because I can’t take it anymore.

I just had a break up yesterday. It’s mutual (or so, I didn’t want to but logically it has to be done so I accepted it)

I have exams coming up in 20 days, Everytime I’m idling, it’s too painful. Is it okay that I’m running away from it? Keeping myself busy from studying, going outside to walk, making sure I’m not alone anywhere else? Is it healthy that I’m avoiding feeling the pain? Is this sustainable in the long run? I’m not sure what to do. I just know that it’s painful to sit with it.

What do I actually do?
