mujhse school nhi hopata hai ye 75% attendance hata do 💔💔💔

whenever im watching an anime it sometimes by itself gets blurry and low quality for a few seconds and then it comes back to normal and it happens multiple times. It's pretty annoying because it sometimes happens when an important thing is going on in the anime, i have pretty good internet speed and the video player is set to max quality (1080p) , what should i do to fix this issue?
