I just had to show Winnie’s interference 🤣🥰 getting under my legs, but this was a prep round. I’m using a lighter bell and kind of just working through the positions getting into single leg stability and hip stuff
Then into the fun challenging, dual Bell using double 14s time under tension — oscillating/ Hoover split lunge + split lunge iso press, pulling down, slow with control
Felt very good on my hips afterwards!! 🤣🥲
