🏠 June '26 - July '27 Sublease @ Campus Crossings (SUMMER AVAILABLE)
Hello! I'm looking for someone to sublease my unit off of my hands :) I would love to stay, but I decided to stay somewhere else with my sister. This would be great if you're looking for someplace to live in the summer!
• The community also has 2 pools, free coffee machine to use, gym, computer lab, and a tanning bed (¯\_(ツ)_/¯)
• The place is located close to the leasing office (shuttle stop for UCF) and is 5-10 minutes away.
• My roommates (all female) have all been very sweet and chill, and two of them are usually out so you will mostly have the place to yourself. They all plan to move out in July, so you REALLY can have the place to yourself afterwards.
If you are a male looking to move in, please message me and I'll see if I can work something out for you.
• Old roommates left behind kitchen appliances, a dish rack, a vacuum cleaner, and furniture in the common room. Those can be yours to use since we haven't touched them at all.
• Maintenance gets back to us by 1-3 days, and they have been respectful and kind when interacting with them!
