I went to order this dress and then I noticed the ETV was double the listed price. Has anyone else been seeing this or know why some items are like this?
Between this and the 0 ETV items being full priced, I feel like we have to be way more cautious.
It’s only my second sale and I may have set the weight wrong for something that was just purchased.
The label says 15.99oz and the weight is 1lb 12oz once packed up.
I know I can’t get a new label from Depop but can I use pirateship and get my Depop label refunded? If I do that do I just send all the info through the AI help center?
Or what should I do? 😬
I swear I set the shipping over a lb but I also could have clicked the wrong weight so now idea what happened.
