So, I sold something on Vinted, dropped it off at the Evri locker and thought everything was good. I didn't notice at the time that I didn't get the email to thank me for dropping off the parcel - that's on me. But 3 days later Evri is still saying the parcel is with the sender. Which is me. And it is not.
I wanted to contact Evri to see if someone has actually picked it up from the locker yet, or not. However, both the chatbot and the automated phone answering system are built for people receiving parcels. There's no option for what to do if something's gone wrong on the other end.
Has this happened to anyone else? What did you do?
