I love BPAL's Locke but it goes slight beard oil/clean soap on me. I was looking at Nui Cobalts Bibliomancy, some people say it's a good leather lavender combo, others say it's super floral from the forget-me-nots. I'm not a fan of florals, the only one I found I like is herbal lavender that smells like you're sniffing the dried buds you'll find in tea. I'm also picky about leather unfortunately, I find BPAL leather super smooth and wearable, but, say, solstice scents leather goes too chemically on my skin. I don't know if you guys can point me in the right direction, but you all have been so helpful in the past, I really appreciate it!

I have the most dried and cracked lips, always have. They bleed a lot and are sometimes very painful. Nothing over the counter works too well, but I'm also super bad at being consistent with it. Does any indie company have one that works well?

This would be my first time placing a direct order and I'm sort of overwhelmed!! I'd love some insight and recommendations. I love all things earthy, woody, resinous, herbal, and outdoorsy. I'm weary of air, green, and water notes because sometimes they go soapy on me, but when they don't, it's always my favorite scent. I like unisex leaning masc. Do I likely have the "for men" or "for female" vial. It doesn't specify on the sample vial. It smells very unisex and I don't detect any florals that the "for female" is advertised as having, but also don't smell any wood that the "for men" is advertised as having. It just smells like salty aquatics and salt to me. I want to full size and want to get the right one. or just get both lol
