Seeking tattoo artist in NE of US
As post title suggests, I am seeking a tattoo artist in the northeast region of United States. The piece I envision will resemble the image pictured above and cover the upper aspect on my left arm. A personal connection to Santisima, or experience with her image is imperative. I have some flexibility for travel, but New England/NY preferable. Thank you All! Blessings.
