Hi guys! We just got fiber installed in our neighborhood and so far everyone who has it loves it.

I'd love to switch, but I'm worried about my work pc set up. My computer doesn't have wifi as my company requires me to be hard wired. The router is currently in my husband's office which is where I'd prefer it to stay. He has a gaming set up and his work set up in there.

So here's the deal. Xfinity has these wifi pods that you plug into any outlet and they turn your internet connection into hard wired. It's lovely and they work great. I have one in my office area and one upstairs in my daughter's room.

If I switched, I'm assuming those wouldn't work for fiber right? Lol what are my options here? I have to be hard wired.
