I'm MTF and little over a year on estrogen gel and spironolactone pills. The last 1-2 months I've started getting near constant pain/soreness in my testicles (and lately the general crotch area), has anyone else experienced this? I know people say that the testicles can shrink from HRT, but I've never heard anyone mention anything like this?
So far the doctor's seem to be a bit at a loss. They've given me a lot of antibiotics and painkiller in case it's epididymis but that hasn't helped, and they've screened me for prostate cancer and testicular cancer but seemingly haven't seen anything out of the ordinary there. (and yes, I've been open to the doctors about being trans and what kind of HRT I'm on but they don't seem to have seen that as a possible cause)
Any thoughts are much appreciated!
