I just tried this rock oolong from the YS First Steps package: “Wu Yi Shan ‘Classic Rou Gui’ Rock Oolong Tea”. Wow! The minerality was exactly what I’d hoped for after reading about rock oolongs. I would like to try more like it, especially one with just as much mineral but less roasted flavor. Does anyone have experience with either of these samples, or could you recommend another sample?
Additionally, I like the idea of buying directly from Wuyi Origin but I don’t believe they have any samples going on now. I’d be open to making my own sampler if anyone could provide recommendations!
