Im currently trying to diet and only really want to lose a stone, maybe stone an half, but i am really struggling with food while working my 12 hour night shifts, i carnt seem to find a meal prep or 2 that'll keep me full and satisfied for the hole shift and maybe some snacks too as sometimes i dont always get chance to sit and eat a meal.
Any ideas advice or recommendations appreciated, thanks!
