My store has gotten quite toxic with pickup orders. Reps dashing to the door to "check people in" to magenta welcome in hopes to find a good pickup order. Then if it's not worth their time they just leave them checked in and go to the back or on break or something...

Sometimes reps will abandon the customers they are dealing with in store to do this and maybe even double/triple up customers to make sure they take every order.

The customers aren't getting good service, the reps who are actually doing things properly are missing out on money, yet management says they can't do anything to fix it.

The only way to fight back is to do things the exact same way.

Is it like this everywhere?
