I know this is such a strange thing but I’m am so exhausted every single day because it feels like my body doesn’t know how to sleep anymore. You would think it’s as easy as just lay down, close your eyes and don’t move. Right? No my mind never shuts off. My eyes somehow get strained while I have them closed and I become too self aware of my own body to sleep. It’s getting really bad now and I genuinely don’t know what to do. Could anyone help me please?
