Need advice on which idea to persue , anyone interested is welcome for discussion + collabration

I am building a platform that reads/listens the conversation in doctors office and map that information with insurence provider's rules and previously denied claims, So if doctor misses to add some information that could lead to claim denial we notify them in real time, Building was easy (at least doable ) , but when comes to get someone as a pilot user it started becoming harder and harder same routine every day , messaging the potential users and no reply from anyone, (and got some positive replies they asked to schedule a meeting and resulted in i was alone waiting in meeting room and no one came , then i almost gave up but thought to give it a one last hard try , i developed a ai agent (again ) to handle the cold outreach based on the most qualified leads , that are identified by the agent by crawling through the internet , and the agent eventually got me 3 leads that actually replied with straight yes and issue solved , the agent himself messaged 100s of people and only handed me over those who replied ,

now I am confused as i have two working products and both are attracting me towards them one is build after lots of pivots and learnings in market and one is result of the absolute pain i personally felt when finding out the actual early users,

the AI agent is good in finding the people you need from a truck driver looking for some load to carry on back trip (the agent contacts the manufacturers who deliver to the place where the truck driver is going on back trip) , to someone looking for a perfect jobs , and someone looking for a beta user,

inshort it matches people with other people to solve there mutual issues.

need advice on what to do , and how to decide as its almost impossible to carry 2 startups at same time with 100% focus.

I am building a real-time "Revenue Defense" engine designed to achieve zero medical claim denials for independent US clinics. It catches missing clinical prerequisites (like Medicare LCD rules) before a doctor signs their chart, saving practices from bleeding 15-20% of their revenue to accidental under-coding or medical necessity denials.

Who I am looking for:

  • The Ideal Fit: Someone who combines an understanding of tech with a background (or strong relationships) in the US medical space—specifically RCM, billing, or practice management.
  • Location: Targeting the US market, so being US-based is a huge plus.
  • Team Structure: I am not bound to having only one co-founder. I want to build the right founding team, whether that means a solo GTM partner or a couple of folks with complementary skills.
