Help needed: Reishunger rice cooker stuck in “Cook” mode after opening / wiring issue

Hi everyone,

I need some help with a Reishunger basic rice cooker that I accidentally opened.

What happened: I accidentally poured dry rice into the rice cooker body instead of the removable inner pot. Some grains fell through openings into the inside of the appliance. The rice cooker was unplugged and had not been turned on when this happened.

I opened the housing to remove the rice, but while doing that I loosened some internal connections/ring terminals and now I’m not 100% sure if I reconnected everything correctly.

After reassembling it for a very brief test, the cooker seems to stay permanently in “Cook” mode: the red cooking light stays on regardless of whether the lever is up or down. The “Warm” light does not come on at all. I unplugged it again immediately and I’m not going to use it like this.

I know this is a 230 V appliance and I’m not planning to keep experimenting with it under power. I’ll take it to an electrician/repair shop tomorrow. But before that, I wanted to ask whether anyone has a wiring diagram, service photo, teardown photo, or internal reference for this type of simple rice cooker / Reishunger basic rice cooker.

I’m mainly trying to understand:
- where the ring terminals should be attached,
- whether the order of stacked ring terminals under the same screw matters,
- which wires should go to the N / L / earth terminals on the power inlet,
- and why the appliance would stay permanently in “Cook” mode after reassembly.

Photos attached show the inside of the cooker and the power inlet.

Any help, reference photos, or safety-focused guidance would be greatly appreciated. I fully understand that this may need proper testing with a multimeter by someone qualified.
