Finally after two years of starting recovery, i have stop doubting and stop being afraid of gaining weight. I have never thought it would be possible to feel this happy and at peace with food. I have gained so much, recovery changed my life. Of course it's not over and still hard but I am so proud of myself. This subreddit is a great support, thanks to all of you!
