Is there any mod or way I can change the "Russian Soviet Republic" to the USSR/Soviet Union?

I find the whole idea of being the "Russian Soviet Republic" while also having the Kazakh, Ukrainian, Belarusian, Georgian, Armenian etc etc Soviet Republics inside silly. The name seems too Russia focussed for a country which is very obviously supposed to be a socialist union of multiple nations. Is there a mod that lets me change the flag and country name to the Soviet Union? If not, is there any way I can do this myself in the mod's files. I really want to play the Molotov Bolshevik path but not having the USSR name and flag just kills it for me.

Some ideas I had for the War Sorielian's flag

I felt the current version wouldn't look good when flowing in the wind so I set about making a version that would.

It's a very rough skechup and I did use AI to add in the French Syndicalist symbol in the middle of the 2nd one because my paint.net skills are poor, so if anyone wants to use it in a mod or submod I'd reccomend double checking all the proportions are correct, or editing it a bit more. But I still thought these came out pretty cool. Feel free to copy this idea if you like it!
