I’m a 24M, recently diagnosed with ADHD, starting medication soon and also attending therapy.

What is some advice and things to be aware of on the beginning of this journey?

I really want to take control of my life and quiet down the noise in my head and I know it will not be easy or perfect but it will definitely be good to look back at this during the tougher moments.
