Hello! I’m 28F, here and I wanted some advice on how I can help fix the texture of my skin. (I’ll go to a dermatologist soon but I needed some perspective too on what you think my skin looks like rn and any improvements. Plz be honest🥹)

I’ve noticed some discoloration around the sides of my eyes and I’m not sure if it’s early aging spots or sun damage. Overall, my skin has been acting up slightly but I’ll try to make some dietary changes as well since I’m starting my weightless journey.

I recently moved to Germany, so I’m also wondering if the water here could be affecting it.
I’ll admit my skincare routine hasn’t been very consistent for a while.

Current routine:
CeraVe Moisturizing Cream
Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser
Sunscreen (not used regularly)
Sometimes the HaruHaru Wonder Black Rice Toner and COSRX’S snail mucin before moisturising my skin

I’m thinking about starting a retinol, but I’m pretty confused about where to begin. Should I start with retinol, retinal, or tretinoin?

(I did pop a painful pimple on my chin yesterday, please ignore that.)

Skin type: Normal to dry (leans more dry)
