I am sensitive to light, and my work has large windows that let in a lot of light. I don’t want to wear sunglasses inside cause it looks silly, and I wish light-blocking contact lenses existed.

Does anybody have advice on managing light sensitivity? Too much light gives me headaches and makes my eyes feel ticklish/weird
