Me and my partner are moving in together and are trying to figure out a solution and would love some help.

My cat is a Siamese with a very sensitive stomach, if he eats something wrong he throws up everywhere. He was prescribed to a specific Hills grain fee and gluten free diet.

My partners cat is on hypoallergenic food because they are allergic to cats but the food makes them be able to get around that.

Both of our cats are grazers so they'll eat whenever and don't overeat. They both hate wearing collars and will tear them off if you put them on. Had my cat break his nail off once because of it.

Is there a food that's a middle ground solution? That is grain free/wheat free and also able to help with allergens?
