Im 37 and very self conscious of my lips because they started showing those weird white spots on the sides of my bottom lip that almost form a line. It started like 6 years ago with a "scab" on my lip line or that's what it felt like because you couldn't see anything, just this kind of rough skin that I used to pick on until I got it off and bled. Then the line formed from that spot upwards and the other side started doing the same a few years later. Also, according to google the white spots on my top lip are called fordyce spots but is not the same as the bottom. It looks like I don't have a lip line anymore. Anyone has any recs on how to fix it? Maybe laser?
