Windows Bitlocker code won’t work and I can’t disable it through advanced settings either.
Recently I had to force restart my laptop because it froze up and when I booted it back up it asked for my windows bitlocker recovery key. I inputed what I thought was the correct key but it would keep telling me that the key wasn’t correct.

When I got to step 2 I got a different result to what the tutorial was showing me and now I don’t know what to do. Should I just factory reset my laptop? It wasn’t like I had many important files on it but this is still a bummer if I have to.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue so I don’t have to factory reset my computer and lose all my stuff? Any help would be appreciated :)
