Hey all, I've got a 1960 ranch home with a steel roof currently. I an considering new roofing options, and was curious if anyone could talk to me about reinforced concrete roof decks and what sort of costs / difficulties I might encounter if I wanted to install one.
The home is 1550 sq ft, on a slab in FL, with cinderblock/ masonry construction for the exterior.
I'm currently on a loss here, but I am holding $LAC for the long term. Thacker is currently starting to get things moving, and in terms of Rare Earth Metals I like this play.

So I've recently started trading futures, and my strategy has been mostly looking at volume profiles. I have been making good trades, but allowing myself to be stopped out too often, or to stay in a bad trade too long. So.. yeah learning is hard boys.
We've been waiting since November, which isn't that long maybe, but the interview is finally scheduled! Looking forward to finishing this part of the process.
