I'm Genderfluid but was born female, I hate my body, I hate having boobs, I hate not having the shape of a man. I want to have the body figure of a man, but I can't use testosterone because I like my voice high, it's very high.

So I need a different way, but I don't want any type of surgery. Does anyone know any way?

So sometimes I feel like I'm going insane if I don't do something, this time it was doing art, but I have no art supplies. The thing that helped me was doing quads. This has happened multiple times, so is this a shift?
