It works on Windows 98.
Despite Windows 98 actually being able to recognise the Puck, the controller only works with a direct USB-A to C cable. You're obviously restricted to Lizard mode, but a lot of games would still be playable if you were willing to remap the controls in their respective menus.
It doesn't work on Windows 95 - even on OSR2 with the USB extensions.
