I’m 28 (f). I’ve been talking to a guy for marriage. He’s a good person ma sha allah when it comes to deen. There’s no doubt about that.
But, there’s one concern I have. I feel like his world revolves around his mother (I’m happy that he respects her, but at the same time I’m afraid of her interference in our life if we get married in sha allah).
He doesn’t complete talking about any topic without mentioning about his mother. Infact his dad also responds to my father only after talking to his wife (guy’s mother); its good in a way. But it seems like his mother’s say is final, which seems to be a bit concerning to me. I would not mind if she doesn’t interfere and understands her son is now married and has a wife, but who has seen d future.
Please help what can be done.
