TikTok said I’m impersonating someone and won’t let me fix it.
So about 6 months ago I got a message saying I was impersonating someone according to an automated system. I appealed and it went away but it kept coming back. This hid my videos and stunted my growth. Eventually appeals stopped working and I gave up. Now I wanted to make content again and I completely rebranded so there was no way I’d be impersonating anyone but now when I tried to submit my new rebrand a message would pop up saying I’ve no internet connection. I even emailed TikTok asking for support but they didn’t respond. What do I do?
