The game usually runs at 90 FPS in some areas, but in the district, it drops to 30 or 40 FPS. Is this normal because of the enemies? Or am I missing a setting?

I tried setting the memory to 6, but it only opens the "loading" screen and closes after a few seconds.
I only want it for games; 1TB is starting to feel too small with so many files.
I installed it using the latest version of BB Launcher.
But when I go to the general or specific settings, the language option isn't there... How do I change it?
I've read several people sharing this advice. But honestly, I don't fully understand it.
In theory, it's enough to manually remove all the bloatware, right? Or is there a bigger issue?
