Absolutely devastated :(

Going to try to get one last visit in!

I've been booking different restaurants for a trip to Japan and noticed SÉZANNE suddenly disappeared from the 3 Michelin star list. When I visit SÉZANNE's Michelin Guide page, it shows no distinction at all.

Sent the Michelin guide an email in case there's been an error but anyone hear any news on this?

This is my first time traveling to Japan and I'm very excited. I'll be going with two friends to Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo [and a few other detours] for 3 weeks and I was hoping to get a review of our itinerary.

Itinerary

1. Lunch at Kashiwaya Osaka Senriyama [originally was trying to aim for Torisho Ishii but a friend struggles with certain chicken organs].

2. Lunch at shiro

3. Dinner at Den [only took 116 calls]

4. Solo Lunch at SEZANNE

5. Solo Lunch at ESqUISSE

Considering Between

1. Lature

2. Tempura Kondo

I'm thinking of treating my friends to a Lunch and we're split between Lature and Tempura Kondo. They're fans of game meat and tempura so I guess the question comes down to which one would be more memorable/essential for a first visit since both are drastically different.

Cancellations

I'm thinking of canceling Kashiwaya Osaka Senriyama and booking Soujiki Nakahigashi . I'd love to get some thoughts on this [we have a fixed budget so can't do both unfortunately].

Overlapping Reservations

L'Effervescence has a solo lunch spot that unfortunately overlaps with my solo lunch at SEZANNE. I was thinking of just sticking with SEZANNE but I'd be open to a second opinion!
