The character is Hassan of the cursed arm from the Fate franchise, and he does have a whole cursed arm thing that is not really my concern. Moreso just going for the generic assassin vibes from Fate, I've found a 3d print file for the mask which I'll attach a stretchy elastic to so it can stay attached to my head. Mainly looking at advice for the cloak, going thrifting tomorrow to try and find fabric or other clothing I can shred and get my mom to sew pieces together or something. But any and all help is appreciated thank you!!
