Questions About Transitioning

Hello everyone. I hope this question is okay to ask here.

1/ For trans men who are comfortable sharing their experiences: what are some things about transitioning that you wish you had known earlier, whether medically, emotionally, socially, or in everyday life?

2/I would also appreciate hearing from people who come from transphobic environments or countries. In your opinion, which countries feel the safest or most supportive for trans people to live in long-term?

Thank you in advance to anyone willing to share their experiences.

I feel stuck between two lives.

Part of me wants to follow what feels true to myself, even if it means changing everything and risking losing my family. Another part of me is terrified of ending up alone, regretting it, or destroying the life I already have.

I was born female, but I’ve never fully felt comfortable living in a traditionally feminine way. At the same time, I wonder if there’s a way to make peace with myself as I am instead of running away from everything.

Has anyone else felt this confused before?

Did you learn to accept the gender you were born as, or did suppressing yourself only make things worse?

I’m not looking for judgment. I just want honest experiences and advice.
