I watched this a few weeks ago and can't remember it for the life of me. It's not Instant Family

It's about a teenage girl who goes into foster care and the foster parent hates swearing, she's kind of religious but not in a crazy way. The teen hates it there and writes to her mother on postage cards. The foster parent also watches a little boy and is a neighbor to a partially blind old black dude who she helps and feeds regularly.

The teen was made to find a book to read from the partially blind guys house and found money. She steals it and the next day tries to run away at a bus station where she gets caught. The foster mom is devastated in herself and very relieved she's okay.

The teen then writes to CPS or whoever regulates foster homes that she's living in poor living conditions, bad food, messy home.

The foster mom gets sick with the flu, the teen now likes where she lives and the sense of family and community. While taking care of the foster home her biological grandmother knocks on the door, the teen caught off guard then meets her. The grandmother says "I will get you out of here" a few days pass and she gets custody of the teen. Now she regrets writing that note and wants to stay but she legally haves to go with her grandmother.

In the end she keeps in touch with her foster mom and receives a memorable item in the mail and keeps in contact.

If you know it please please help a brotha out! THANKS

EDIT: It was made in like 2016 not exactly sure. It's not super old, it could have been later after 2016 but i feel like it was recent
