I’m contacting you about a 67% recent increase in my internet bill from $30 to $50 per month. This change has created a financial strain for my family, and due increased costs we unfortunately can't afford it.
I’ve seen current promotions for significantly lower pricing in my area, and at this rate I’m considering switching to a more affordable provider. I would prefer to stay with Xfinity if possible.
Could you please review my account for any available promotions, loyalty discounts, or lower-cost plans? Ideally, I’m looking to return to around $30/month.
