Recently ive been having stuttering issues playing f1 2020 on my pc. after looking some “infos” on msi afterburner i saw that my GPU was constantly doing sharp drops down to 0% then jumping up again. is that the cause of the stuttering? how do i fix that

Recently I reinstalled F1 2020 after not playing it for a long time, but I started getting D3D errors. After doing some research online, I tried installing older drivers for my graphics card. Although that fixed the D3D errors, now I’m stuck with stuttering in both DirectX 11 and DirectX 12.
I’ve tried everything: every single NVIDIA driver version, every possible setting in the NVIDIA Control Panel, every combination of V-Sync, AA, and other graphics options. I even downgraded to a fresh installation of Windows 11 23H2. On this clean install, the only program present is F1 2020 — no background processes at all — yet the stuttering continues non-stop.
I’m going crazy because this doesn’t happen with other F1 games. I’ve already tried using the controller wired, changing audio settings, and monitor settings as well
