[MISCELLANEOUS] Its getting worse

TLDR dyshidrotic eczema begun spawning on my left hand after I lost my beloved pet. Lost many babies but this one has been rough to grieve. Also in the middle of switching meds and a very stressful period overall.

Anyways I believe it is starting to show up on my left hand, and it's 100% starting to show on the bottom of my feet (very minimally)

Just posting this to see if anyone else sees this with more advice. Going to urgent care Friday, can't see derm for months.
Yes it itches. Yes the fluid is filled with liquid. Yes I did instinctively pop each one with needles a few times when it first started showing up (I am now not)

Infected ulcers

I'm going insane.

My frog has been to the vet 4 times so far for 2 infected ulcers. We have tried so, so much. Nothing is making them go away. He's been on paper towels for months now and I feel so bad for him.

The list of what we've tried, and I mean it's been everything..

Ciprofloxacin injections
Oral Enrofloxacin
Topical Ciprofloxacin drops
Silver sulfadiazine topical
Triple antibiotic ointment
Melafix soaks
Fin and body cure soaks
Injections for parasites (just incase it was parasites, which it isn't)
Maracyn Oxy soaks
Chlorhexidine soaks

All of these methods were shared and approved by my vet as an attempt to treat the ulcers but NOTHING IS MAKING THEM GO AWAY. Help! I'm actually losing my mind! I feel like such a failure because he's been on paper towels for soooo long. The ulcers used to bleed and leak pus, and they haven't recently, but they won't go away! It's been months. Seeing the vet again soon...

What meds worked for you?

It's only getting worse, going to go to urgent care soon for a topical steroid prescription. Any recommendations I should ask for? Never had a flare up this bad, it popped up the night after my beloved baby (pet) passed away and it's been emotionally the hardest loss I've ever experienced. Everytime I cry and mourn him, more pop up the next day. Also accepting literally anything OTC to make it go away

[Miscellaneous] I'm turning into a lizard

So one of my pets died, and emotionally it's been incredible heartbreaking and stressful. The day after his death these tiny evil things start popping up on my hand (dyshidrotic eczema) And I'm like okay cool, so I take a needle and poke them all. VERY satisfying, probably shouldn't have done that. Anyways they keep progressively getting worse and itchier. There's literally no other explanation in terms of allergies, new soaps, etc that could have caused it besides stress I guess? But I'm struggling to not be stressed, especially with what happened. Help. I don't want to be a lizard person. And everytime I cry, more show up the next day!
