Built a cold outbound platform because I got tired of watching SDRs spend more time managing tools than booking meetings.

Looking for a small group of beta users who are deep into:

- cold email
- outbound systems
- lead sourcing
- deliverability
- follow-up automation
- founder-led outbound

The goal isn’t to build “another AI sales tool.”

The goal is to build the outbound workflow we all wish existed:

- sourcing
- enrichment
- outreach
- tracking
- follow-ups
- pipeline movement

without needing 6+ disconnected tools and 40 browser tabs open.

A lot of current platforms feel like they were built by people who’ve never actually run outbound campaigns at scale.

This is being built around real workflows from people actually sending volume.

Looking for:

- agency owners
- SDR managers
- cold email operators
- B2B founders
- outbound consultants
- people sending real campaigns consistently

Especially interested in hearing:

- what your stack currently looks like
- what breaks most often
- what wastes the most time
- what absolutely kills reply rates

If you want early access + direct influence on the platform direction, comment or DM me.

Would rather build this with actual outbound people than guess what outbound teams need.

Built an outbound OS because I was tired of reps living in 7 tabs, looking for outbound-heavy cofounders/operators to shape it

I’ve spent the last year building a platform called SalesOS because I got tired of seeing outbound teams duct-taping together Apollo + HubSpot + spreadsheets + enrichment tools + follow-up tools + random Chrome extensions just to book meetings.

Most outbound systems feel bloated, disconnected, and honestly built by people who don’t actually do outbound.

So I started building the workflow I wished existed:

- lead sourcing + enrichment
- outreach workflows
- follow-up systems
- pipeline/deal stages
- email tracking
- centralized outbound workflow

all in one place.

But I don’t just want “users.”

I’m specifically looking for outbound-heavy operators/cofounders/advisors who:

have scaled cold outbound before
know SDR workflows deeply
understand deliverability/reply rates
have opinions on what actually converts
are tired of the modern sales stack mess
want to help shape a product around real outbound pain points

Ideal people:

- SDR leaders
- agency owners
- growth operators
- founders doing founder-led sales
- RevOps people
- outbound consultants
- cold email nerds

Not looking for passive “sounds cool” people.

Looking for people who live in outbound every day and want influence over the direction of a platform being built specifically for outbound teams.

If you’re interested:

- comment what your current outbound stack looks like or DM me directly
- biggest pain point in your workflow

Would honestly rather build this alongside people who actually understand outbound than build in a vacuum.

Every sales team I talk to has the same setup:

CRM
spreadsheets
cold email tool
LinkedIn tool
notes app
Slack reminders
random Zapier automations
another dashboard nobody checks

…and somehow leads STILL fall through the cracks.

A rep books a call.
Nobody follows up.
Warm lead disappears.
Another one gets hit 14 days later with “just checking in.”

It feels insane that in 2026 outbound still looks like this.

I honestly think the problem isn’t “lead generation.”

It’s that the entire workflow is fragmented.

You have:
one tool for data
one tool for outreach
one tool for tracking
one tool for pipeline
one tool for follow-ups

And nobody actually has a SYSTEM.

So I started building something for this internally.

Basically:
lead tracking
outreach
follow-up logic
deal movement
pipeline visibility
team accountability
reminders that don’t suck
AI assistance built directly into workflow

Not another bloated CRM.

More like an outbound operating system.

The goal is:
You should NEVER lose a warm lead because your stack is disconnected.

Would anyone actually use something like this?
Or am I the only one losing my mind over how broken outbound still is?

For months my outbound stack looked like this:

Apollo to find leads → Clay to enrich them → Instantly to send sequences → HubSpot to track the pipeline → Zapier to connect all of it.

Five tools. Five logins. Every lead touched at least three of them before a single email went out.

And I was the glue holding it together.

The moment I got heads down on the product, a sprint, a rough week, anything, the whole thing fell apart. Follow-ups dropped. Leads went cold. The CRM stopped reflecting reality.

I didn’t have a sales problem. I had a Frankenstein problem.

So I stopped patching it and built something from scratch.

One workflow. Describe your ICP in plain English → AI scores leads by fit → personalized email copy generates per prospect → sequences run automatically → CRM updates itself → pipeline tracks everything without anyone touching it.

No CSV exports. No copy-pasting between tools. No checking if the sequence is still running.

It’s called SalesOS and I built it because I was tired of managing tools instead of selling.

I’m looking for 10 founders to test it with me. Early access, free, and I’ll personally onboard every single one.

If you’re doing B2B outbound with a stack that feels like it’s held together with duct tape, drop a comment or DM me.
