First played warno a tiny bit when it was first in early access but didn't get far

Decently experienced rts player so I feel like I should be able to grasp the mechanics of the game but even when fighting easy AI it's just ovewhelmingly fast paced with needing to micro so many units. Biggest issues I think is using recon / not getting them instantly killed and not knowing what mix of units to bring in when.

It also seems like most youtube guides are years old, are any still good or where else should I look?
