Hi all! Hope everyone having a great weekend and getting their visas approved💪

I have been in Australia for 9 years and last year I was sponsored by my workplace as a motor mechanic. Prior to that of course I had to get a skills assessment done. Now the question is, can I apply for 186 direct entry, I meet the requirements of 3 years of working with same company and skills assessment criteria?

I have also sent multiple emails to my immigration lawyer who have lodged 482 for me to ask this, but she has not been answering it. I am wondering if my employer has talked to them to possibly delay my 186 application so they can get more work out of me?
