I am doing some initial planning into a flight from east coast to SIN for the summer. I know there is the new 787 service from SFO to SIN but are there any options flying easterly?

Also, if I had miles but not enough for a full return in biz, how does it work to use miles plus money to buy a polaris seat? Is it published up front or do you have to wait until you purchase a ticket and then get an "offer"?
