I have a really great tattoo artist that I’ve been working with, but they are not good at designing but extremely good at actually tattooing

Is it possible for me to connect with a designer here and have them help me create a design and then purchase that design?

I would then give that design to my tattoo artist to put on me

Is this a thing? Sorry, I’m a little new to this.
